Party For Peck 2012

 The Party For Peck is here once again!!

  On August 4th starting at 12pm and continuing on till approx: 1am on the 5th, the music will be blasting just on the outside of Campbellford for the fundraiser 'Party For Peck'.
  Now in it's second year, this event will be sure to rock the area, having people coming from all over just to get in a day of great entertainment and to attend this special cause.
  The 'Party For Peck' was put together and organized by Jane Archer and her son Matt as a memorial to her son Jesse 'Peck' Archer who was tragically killed when a gun went off in a car he was in. Jesse was a very talented young musician who could of had a major career in music. It started out last year and the turn-out was so big and it was such as success, the family plans on doing one every year. The proceeds from this event is donated to the 'Blues In The Schools' program which brings the blues music to grade 7/8 students in the Campbellford Area. Last year, the students were introduced to this and were taught some theory on the Blues. They were shown the basics of the blues, playing a 12 bar scale with the harmonica. Each student received a harmonica to play.
  This unfortunate accident, in the end, did have something positive come out of it. The students are taught a great genre of music while learning it's origins; the Campbellford locals get the opportunity to get out once a year to see some really great entertainment and the family of Jesse get to remember him by having this function. The Archer family are all into music and having many people to share this with is definitely a positive thing.
  So if you really want to check out some great music for the day feel free to come out! Prices are $5/pp and it's a bring your own booze. There will be a BBQ sometime during the day for people getting hungry and camping spots are available. All the organizers ask is to be respectful because they'd like to come back every year and don't want to blow the spot it's currently at.

  We are pleased to let everyone know that Campbellford Music & Talent is now in full swing and it's really taken off. We've been promoting all Our local musicians and Artists as well as events going on at the Churches and local schools.

   This site was way overdue, with all the amazing talent Campbellford and surrounding areas have to offer. Now we're pumping it out and the feed-back has been great!

   CM&T currently offers all the dates Our local musicians have coming up as well as bio's, bringing to light some facts most of the loyal listeners did not know before reading the articles. We also have write-ups and pictures in Our 'past performance' section.

   On top of all this great info we have a forum were people can relate with each other by starting threads on current topics. It won't be long before this feature will take off.

   This site will also give local businesses a chance to advertise with us. It probably be one of the most viewed sites for the Campbellford area and advertisements will be seen. We're now offering this at a very reasonable price, much cheaper than you would get anywhere else. This can be done by visiting site and contact page. This site offers deals on Motels, Hotels B&B's, Resorts,  etc. We have talked to some of these owners and have come up with discounts on certain deals. We included all the things that the 'Rolling Trent Hills' have to offer year round. The never a dull moment up here at any time, always something to do! In the spring we have the maple syrup fest, in the summer we have many functions at the downtown park, in the fall we have the fair, in the winter we have the smash up derby. This site also offers sporting guide services for the avid fisherman, hunter, water-sports and just about anything you can think of.

  Welcome to the Image Innovations Blog Post. This post is written to give you an idea of what this site is about and who may benefit from this site.

  This site was created for the Campbellford & Surrounding areas Tourism industry. We hope that this site will promote that to vacationers and travelers alike.

  Campbellford is located approx 130 miles northeast of Toronto, roughly an 1 1/2 hour car ride. It's located approx 45 min car ride east of Peterborough and 15 min ride south of Havelock. Located and nestled in the beautiful Trent Hills, Nothumberland. A town with the population of 3000.

  Tourist already flock to Campbellford and surrounding area in the summer time, coming by car as well as boat. Boaters usually cruise thru Campbellford, being possible by the Trent Severn waterway. Campbellford usually offers entertainment events for these boaters such as music in the park, live bands. Campbellford's BIA try every year to make Tourists want to come back and they do have quite an itinerary lined up in the summer for them.

  Image Innovations web site is created to expand what we have to offer. We plan on putting Our small town more on the map, showing what we have to offer to Tourists and Vacationers. We plan, as site develops in having write-ups on things to do and at times, offers bonuses for Our Viewers, such as discounts on accommodations and other things we might think useful.
